For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of introducing hundreds of students to the transformative practice of yoga right here in Dubai. My journey began with my own struggles as a beginner who felt overwhelmed by competitive studio environments. That experience shaped everything about how I teach today.

I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa flow styles that prioritize your breath and proper alignment over flashy poses. Whether you've never stepped on a mat before or you're returning to practice after a break, my classes are designed to meet you where you are. I offer two main styles of yoga, both adapted to suit beginners and intermediate practitioners. All classes take place at my welcoming studio space in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), easily accessible from across Dubai.

Hatha Yoga Classes

Hatha is the perfect foundation for anyone new to yoga. These classes move at a slower, more deliberate pace, giving you time to understand each pose and how it feels in your body. We hold postures longer, focusing on alignment and breath awareness. You'll build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling grounded and centered. Hatha classes are ideal if you're completely new to yoga or if you prefer a gentler, more meditative practice.

Vinyasa Flow Classes

Vinyasa links breath with movement in a flowing sequence. While more dynamic than Hatha, my Vinyasa classes are still accessible to beginners. I teach you to move mindfully from one pose to the next, creating a moving meditation that builds heat, stamina, and mental focus. These classes offer more variety and creativity while maintaining my core principles of safe alignment and breath awareness. Perfect for students ready to explore flowing movement.

Small Group Classes

My group classes are capped at just eight students, ensuring you receive personal attention and adjustments. Classes run throughout the week at the JLT studio, with morning and evening options to fit your schedule. Each 75-minute session gives you enough time to warm up properly, work through a complete sequence, and finish with deep relaxation.

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions are perfect if you want fully personalized instruction, have specific physical concerns, or simply prefer individual attention. Private sessions allow us to work at your exact pace, focus on your specific goals, and create sequences tailored to your body's unique needs. Available at the studio or at your location in Dubai.
